Justin and his management team are a prime example of ‘superb work-ethic’. They are so dedicated to the goals and growth of the company. It’s inspiring to be around such professionals. Justin’s go-get and upbeat attitude is perfect for this fast-paced and demanding industry. There is nothing that he can’t or won’t do for the success of his business.

Justin is an excellent leader and partner who has the ability to proactively manage and adapt in the face of change. He consistently led his teams to surpass expectations and bring profit to the business. Moreover, his dynamic personality and dedicated work-ethic made it a pleasure to work with Justin and his direct reports. He is always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to support his clients, partners, employees and customers. Justin also brings a strong confidence with him, and can make a friend (or diffuse a tense situation) faster than anyone else I know. Beyond making a great first impression, as long as I have known Justin, he has not just “talked the talk,” but “walked the walk” as well.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than my time with STC Direct Philly. While there I learned how to not only manage myself more efficiently but also those around me. With the constant support of Justin and the team, I became a stronger leader and grew into the business owner I am today. Without that experience I would not be in Lexington, KY running my own company.

I really enjoy coming to work at STC Direct because the culture promotes a team-oriented environment that focuses on the success of everyone. I’ve learned, and am still learning, about business management, communication, how to take accountability, how to be more responsible and, of course, practice each of those skills on daily basis, which will ultimately help me reach my goals. Justin inspires me by his great work ethic and his drive to not only succeed, but to excel in business. STC Direct gave me an opportunity that would change how I look at things. The Management Training Program gave me the ability to prove to myself that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible. They gave me all the tools to be successful, and all the right coaching and mentoring to get to where I am today. A lot of positive things can be said about Justin and STC Direct, but the thing that sticks out the most is that they’re all a winning team that gets results. Championship teams are made of people who form great personal bonds before they ever play or work together, and this is the foundation for success. Personal relationships that lead to a lot of fun and hard work together usually form teams that come out on top. I am proud to have been a part of this organization and learned how to cultivate that same environment as I now apply this mindset in my own leadership and career path!

I never felt more at home in my work place than I did during my time at STC Direct Philly. I took on many responsibilities, and not only has my work ethic grown, but I have also grown as a person. The management team was always helpful and positive, which made coming to work tons of fun every day!
